A Modern Artisan of Pastry

Chef R Jain brings a contemporary, globally inspired approach to pastry at The Nolia. With professional experience across celebrated kitchens including JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, La Folie, Manam Chocolate, and Mizu – A Modern Izakaya, she blends precision, creativity, and deep technical knowledge in every creation.

From craft chocolate and bonbons to refined mousse desserts and wellness-driven formulations, her work is rooted in detail, seasonality, and thoughtful innovation. As the Pastry Head at a pre-opening concept in Bengaluru, she leads with strong R&D, team mentorship, and a passion for indigenous ingredients.

Her philosophy is simple — desserts should be expressive, balanced, and emotionally memorable.
